Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 27, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Total Ventures LLC ("Total Ventures," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company, collects, uses, and shares information when you visit The F1 Formula (thef1formula.com), subscribe to our newsletter, take out an F+ subscription, or otherwise interact with the site (the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

  • Information you provide — your email address when you subscribe to the newsletter or contact us, and account details if you take an F+ subscription.
  • Subscription information — when you purchase F+, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment details. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Usage and device information — collected automatically through analytics and advertising technologies: pages viewed, referring URLs, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and interaction events.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information to operate and improve the Services; deliver the newsletter and F+ content; process subscriptions; respond to inquiries; measure and analyze usage; serve and measure advertising; and protect the Services and comply with legal obligations.

3. Advertising and Cookies

The Services are supported by advertising, including Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google's Ads Settings and through industry tools such as the Network Advertising Initiative and Your Online Choices. We and our analytics providers also use cookies to operate the site and understand usage; see our Cookie Policy.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with service providers who process it on our behalf (payment, email delivery, hosting, analytics, and advertising providers) under contracts that limit their use; when required by law; to protect rights, safety, or property; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy. Note that the use of advertising cookies described above may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under some U.S. state laws; see Section 9.

5. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third-party providers, including Google AdSense and Google Analytics (advertising and analytics), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting). These providers process information under their own privacy policies.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale/sharing of your information, and to withdraw consent. If you are in the EEA or UK, you have rights under the GDPR / UK GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection) and may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California and other U.S. state residents have additional rights and opt-out choices described in Section 9. To exercise any right, contact info@totalventures.io.

9. U.S. State Privacy Rights and Your Choices

If you reside in a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law (including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others as they take effect), you have rights to know and access, delete, correct, and obtain a portable copy of your personal information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted (cross-context behavioral) advertising. Because we display third-party advertising (including Google AdSense), some data practices may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under these laws. You can opt out of such sharing by (1) enabling the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal, which we honor; (2) using our cookie-consent controls where shown; or (3) emailing info@totalventures.io with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share." We do not sell personal information for money and do not knowingly sell or share the data of anyone under 16. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Appeal: if we deny a request, you may appeal by replying with the subject line "Privacy Appeal"; we will respond within your state's required period and tell you how to contact your state Attorney General if denied.

10. International Users

Total Ventures is based in the United States, and the Services are operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States. The Services are directed to a general, primarily U.S. audience and are not specifically targeted to the EEA or UK. Where the GDPR/UK GDPR applies, our lawful bases are consent (non-essential cookies, advertising, the newsletter), legitimate interests (operating and securing the Services), and contract (providing F+); transfers to the U.S. rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The controller is Total Ventures LLC, info@totalventures.io.

11. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
