These Terms of Sale apply to all print products purchased from The F1 Formula. Print products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Please read carefully — by placing an order you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service.
The F1 Formula is an independent fan publication. Our print products are unofficial guides and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Formula 1, the FIA, Liberty Media, or any Formula 1 team, driver, circuit, sponsor, or broadcaster. References to teams, drivers, circuits, and event names are used descriptively under nominative fair use. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Every print product is manufactured to order specifically for you after you place your order. We do not hold physical inventory. This means:
You may cancel an order for a full refund within one (1) hour of placing it by emailing hello@thef1formula.com with your order number. After one hour, your file may have been released to production and we are unable to cancel.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we will replace it at no cost to you. To request a replacement:
Issues outside this scope (incorrect address provided at checkout, buyer's remorse, normal variation in print color or paper shading, customer-induced damage after delivery) are not eligible for replacement.
Print products ship from our fulfillment partner's production facilities. Production typically takes 3–5 business days, after which shipping times apply based on the carrier and destination. Estimated total delivery windows are shown at checkout. We do not guarantee delivery by specific dates. You assume the risk of loss and title for items upon delivery to the carrier.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned to the sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may be re-shipped at your cost, or refunded minus production and shipping costs already incurred, at our discretion.
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and import fees levied by the destination country. We do not collect or remit these on your behalf.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Pricing in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment-card information on our servers. By placing an order you authorize the charge to your selected payment method for the order total including any applicable tax and shipping.
Print products are works of independent commentary, editorial analysis, and travel guidance. Race schedules, ticket policies, transportation routes, venue rules, and circuit access can change without notice. Confirm details with official sources before traveling. We make every effort to ensure information is correct at press time but make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to a print product purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, missed events, travel disruption, or out-of-pocket expenses incurred in reliance on information in our print products.
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms of Sale at any time. The version in effect at the time you place an order applies to that order. The most recent version is always available at this URL.
